Frequent ongoing visits are made to the A/V
Dealer for the purpose of:
Every Monday morning, AVRFL holds a staff meeting to discuss requests, problems, and interests expressed by the previous weeks contacts. The results are then logged into the data-base. Plans for the current week are discussed and a schedule for the following week's appointments is initiated. |
Leads are logged into the computer as a prospect. The appropriate dealer is then selected and two letters are generated. The first letter thanks the prospect for his or her interest in the identified product. Also included is the name and phone number of a local dealer who will be in contact with them shortly. The second letter is sent to the dealer with the prospect's name, address, phone number, the product their interested in and source of where the lead came from. In addition the dealer receives a copy of the letter that was sent to the end user. | Relying heavily on a networked custom data-base designed by Austin Powers, the internal LAN allows us to use and share information simultaneously. The information includes a message center, lead processing, orders, inventory status, appointment scheduler and search capabilities. All outside sales staff carry their laptop with them to their appointments giving them instant access to any information they may need while in contact with the dealer. | ||||||

AVRFL will attend and work the Regional and National Trade Shows to assist the manufacturer and make contact with new and existing dealers and consultants attending the shows. |
Dealer Training AVRFL provides a variety of different training opportunities for dealers and end users. Outside salespeople visit dealers on a weekly basis with sales presentations and product demonstrations. We have also developed a curriculum of advanced manufacturer and product training as well as specific seminars geared toward beginning salespeople. Here are a few examples of the training sessions we offer:
In addition, we have presentations available specifically for “lunch and learn” meetings with architects. Please contact the office at 817-560-3970 to schedule training seminars. AVRFL Road Show Once a year, the combined AVRFL sales staff travels to each major city in the territory and sets up a full product showcase for dealers and their end users. We include products from each of the manufacturers we represent and display them in integrated systems in order to show the products working together. |
